Privacy Policy

What we collect, and why

• Guest cards: your name, the contact details you choose to give, and what you'd like to hear about. We use them to welcome you and help you get connected.
• Prayer requests: your request, and your name and contact details if you give them. Only our prayer team sees them. Every prayer request is deleted automatically 90 days after it is sent.
• Contact form messages: your name, email, phone (if given) and message, so we can reply.
• Member accounts: your name, email, phone (if given) and the ministries you join. Ministry leaders can see the members of their own ministry only.
• Signing in: we use a secure sign-in service that emails you a one-time code. If you turn on Face ID or fingerprint sign-in, that stays on your own device. We never see it.
• Visits to the website: we count visits in a privacy-friendly way. We don't use cookies to track you, and we don't build a profile of you.

Giving

Online gifts are handled by Amplify, our giving provider. Your card and bank details go directly to Amplify and are never seen or stored by this website. Amplify's own privacy policy applies to your gift.

Videos

Our sermons and live stream are hosted on YouTube. When you play a video, YouTube (owned by Google) may collect information under its own privacy policy.

What we never do

• We never sell your information.
• We never share it with anyone outside the church, except the services that run this website for us (such as hosting, sign-in and email), and only so they can do that job, or if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Prayer requests: deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Guest cards and contact messages: [number] years.
• Member accounts: until you delete your account or ask us to.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Members can update or delete their account at any time on the "My account" page.

Keeping your information safe

We protect your information with secure connections, limited access and regular security checks. Only the people who need to see your information can see it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
